Does a Bus Entry have any function or is it graphical only?

I'm reading through the documentation for OrCAD Capture and having trouble figuring out what the Bus Entry is used for.

It is my understanding that if you have a bus MyBus[0..5], even if you have a Bus Entry, you would still have to add Net Aliases such as MyBus3 to the net in order to connect it to the bus.

So is the Bus Entry graphical only? Is it only there to make it easier to understand the schematic and has no effect on electrical connectivity?

So is the Bus Entry graphical only? Is it only there to make it easier to understand the schematic and has no effect on electrical connectivity? - Yes, until you connect a net to bus entry there is no significance of it.
