Hi there 

How to ignore the pin number & same pin name rule check while creating netlist on version 17.4 ?

Is there any configuration or something can be set?

    No, this is a fundamental integrity check between the Schematic Parts and the PCB Footprints and cannot be disabled.

    I have to rename over 1000 pins , is there any trick to do it fast on edit pins window?

    You will need to rename all of the Pins if you want to have all of the Pins as Passive but, in turn, you are effectively disabling the ERC Matrix Pin Type checks if you do. If you set the Pin Types to follow the actual usage, like Power for Power Pins, the PCB Editor netlister will take care of automatically handling them. There is Accessories>Library Correction Utility which will handle Duplicate Pin Names but you probably want to get the Pin Types fixed first.
