I have a problem When I create a simulation profile, the Capture close and show this messenge: I follow the next steps whitout succesfull: Update to the latest patch Close Capture, PSpice and other Cadence tools which are running. Open ask Manager and make sure that none of the below processes are running. If they are running, end them manually. MrKSrvr.exe PSpiceExplorerSrvr.exe Simmgr.exe SimSrvr.exe Pspice.exe Capture.exe Now restart the machine and rename pspice.ini(%HOME%\cdssetup\OrCAD_PSpice\17.2.0\pspice.ini) to psipce_old.txt and capture.ini(%HOME%\cdssetup\OrCAD_Capture\17.2.0\capture.ini) to capture_old.txt. Now, in start menu type regedit and click on registry editor to open it. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Orcad\ and delete the CaptureWorkSpace and CaptureWorkSpaceEx folders. Help me please

I have a problem

When I create a simulation profile, the Capture close and show this messenge:

I follow the next steps whitout succesfull:

Update to the latest patch
Close Capture, PSpice and other Cadence tools which are running.
Open ask Manager and make sure that none of the below processes are running. If they are running, end them manually.
1. MrKSrvr.exe
2. PSpiceExplorerSrvr.exe
3. Simmgr.exe
4. SimSrvr.exe
5. Pspice.exe
6. Capture.exe
Now restart the machine and rename pspice.ini(%HOME%\cdssetup\OrCAD_PSpice\17.2.0\pspice.ini) to psipce_old.txt and capture.ini(%HOME%\cdssetup\OrCAD_Capture\17.2.0\capture.ini) to capture_old.txt.

I would suggest you to contact Cadence customer support with crashdump and hotfix information. You can find crashdump in your %Temp% area with folder named Capturexxxxxx where xxxxx is some number so folder can be Capture123456 something like that.
