Altium .Dblib translation to Orcad .olb

I want to know that, is there any way to convert altium symbol library(.DbLib) to Orcad Symbol library(.olb)

    As far as I know, there is one schematic translator available in Orcad Capture for Altium schematics which can be accessed from its main menu 'File > Import > Altium schematic translator'.

    This is design file translation with .sch & ASCII file.

    But what if we don't have .sch & ascii and only if we have library file .DbLib file.

    Rupesh, for .Dblib (Altium library), I doubt that there is any utility but if you are able to successfully translate Altium schematic in to Orcad Capture then from Orcad design  (dsn), a library (olb) can be created for all the placed schematic parts from its design cache in one go.
