ORCAD - Opening an existing project opens all the pages of the project at startup

In Orcad, every time I open a project, all the pages of the project are open automatically.

In my current project, an hierarchical design with 30+ pages, I can only start working after all those pages are open. This is an awful default behavior.

My questions are:

1) How to prevent this behavior from happening?

2) What settings and location do I need to modify so I can just load the project and then double-click the desired page "on demand"?

Thank for the help in advance.

Kind regards,

After opening the project, it will take some time to open all the schematic as you mentioned. Give it some time to behave like this.

Once it is done, go to main menu 'Window > Close all tabs of Active project'. It will close all the opened schematic page in one go. Now save your project and close it. Reopen the project, you should not see the problem this time.

    Hope it helps!
