How to check users in Floating lisence for Cadence17.4

Hi we are using a server based (Network license) Floating license for Cadence 17.4 tool for schematic entry and PCB design. How can we check the users presently using the License in the license manager. I am getting below error what is this error. Any procedure to check the users are presently using the License.

When you launch PCB editor, in the select licenses pop-up click on usage. This lists all the licenses in use & quantity of licenses available for use.
