OrCAD PSPICE Designer v22.1 "Place/Components" window issues

The following behavior is observed when manipulating the Place/Component window in an open project:

  1. With a project schematic page open, select Place/Component to open the Component page in the workspace.
  2. Hold right mouse button down over the top border of the Component page and drag the Component page from the workspace to outside of the Capture window.
  3. Try to redock the window within the Capture window workspace.  This fails.
  4. Close the Component page.
  5. Again, select Place/Component to open the Component page in the workspace.  This fails.  The Component page can not be opened again.
  6. Close the project and close/reopen OrCAD and reopen the project to enable the Place/Component window function of the tool.

 Is this a known issue?

Thank you

    Update to this issue:

In step (3), using the tab of the Component window to drag it back to the workspace will allow redocking, so this step is resolved.

That leaves the issue of dragging the Component window out of the project space and closing in, and then not being able to reopen it using Place/Component as unresolved.

    2nd update to this issue:

With the Component window undocked from the OrCAD workspace and displaying in another monitor, if only the "x" in the "Unified CIS" tab is used to close the window, it WILL reopen in the OrCAD workspace when selecting Place/Component.  This resolves the overall issue except for the case when the Component window's top-right "x" is used to close the window, in which case, if this was done with that window outside of the workspace, it will not reopen during the current OrCAD session.
