error orcis-4006 export to excel failed

Hello,

i have a problem that if i want create a BOM, if i do not use "export BOM report to Excel it works.

error orcis-4006 export to excel failed

Than i get that error message.

If Excel is open or not it does not change the problem.

Allegro will be closed with not more infos.

This issue is most probably with MS office therefore please do the installation/repairing/re-installation of the MS office and try again.

Hello thanks for the fast replay. Are you sure that is the reason.

I tried first: I have repairing Office => Not work

Than

I deinstall all office and install office 365 again => Not work

Now I do not know what I can do more.

I have found the problem Delete all files in that folder
