OrCAD 17.4 Online DRC ORCAP-2434 poping up for ALL symbols.

Hi,

When I load the design, the online DRC CRCAP-2434: Footprint xxx specified in PCB Footprint for instance yyy is missing. Ensure xxx is in the library path. I searched the past posts.

The [Part Library Directories] in Capture.ini was added.

The padpath and psmpath in the PCB editor are right.

I can maunually place the footprint (Place/Components Manually/Placement List/Package symbol). All footprints were there.

The online DRC warnings still pop up every time I opened the capture.

All the .dra files are in the same directory.

Anything else I need to check? Are .psm files needed to get rid of the 2434 warning?

My OrCAD version is 17.4
