PDF export disappeared from menu and other weird problems

Hi,

I started to have weird problems with OrCad some days ago. The first sympthom was inability to modify an existing library. Then I updated to the latest 17.4 revision, but it didn't help.
The other problems I have detected:
-  File -> Export no more has PDF option
-  Options-> Extended preferences doesn't open any dialog
- Layout update always fails with error:

#1 ERROR(SPMHNI-235): Error detected saving design.
ERROR(SPMHNI-234): Cannot write drawing, 'd:/projects/path_to_my_my_project/#Taaaacm26496.tmp' out to the directory: 'Database has a non-recoverable corruption. Contact Cadence Customer Support with the design file and the details of the last steps performed.'.

However, I can open the .brd file without problems and edit it.

I have tried also with my old projects, and the result is the same: I can't update the layout (.brd file) from Capture any more.

My platform is Windows 10 Pro,  OrCad Capture CIS + OrCad PCB Designer Professional.
Has anyone seen this kind of problems ..?

I found one article related to ERROR(SPMHNI-234): Cannot write drawing on Cadence online support portal. Link of which you can find as follows:

Article (11630942) Title: When importing logic on board file, get an error message "ERROR(SPMHNI-234): Cannot write drawing"
