The UI on my full version 17.2 becomes lite version

Hello,

I am using the full version of Capture-CIS 17.2 for couple days. But yesterday after the Capture-CIS crashed, the full version became something like a lite version.

I can not link my database. I can not use part manager to maintain my BOM group. I can not configure the CIS file. And there is no "Reports" icon on my top menu.

I also tried using the change product menu to select the professional version, but it's still the same. Please check below screenshots and let me know what's wrong on my capture-cis. Thanks.

    Hi,

Try using the Capture CIS license by closing the project first > File> Change Product> Select OrCAD Capture CIS.

Currently, only Capture license is selected hence CIS options are not showing.
