Quickly change font setting in entire design

How often do you feel the need to change font settings in your design?

Later you realize this in the design cycle, more difficult it becomes. You might start your design with the default font for net names or visible properties only to realize later that it needs to be changed. At this stage, with multiple pages in the design and different kinds of objects on each page, filtering out net names or visible properties and then changing their font might get tricky.

What if the schematic design tool lets you change the font setting for objects in the entire design and you are not required to select them or filter them out? OrCAD Capture offers just that. Select the design name and go to Options > Design Properties. Changing font setting here will change it in entire design.

You can always edit the font of a text by double-clicking on it in the design. And these individually modified font will not get affected when you change it for the entire design from the Design Properties dialog.
