One of my client is using the KiCAD and tried to open the design which is done in OrCAD. But, found no solution to proceed. Can anyone let me know how to import it ?

Customer tried .xml import option but got the following error.

ERROR(SPSMI-1): Unable to parse the XML file
e:\EVdesign\netlist\controller.xml at line 2 at col 21 because
of no declaration found for element 'export'. Ensure that the installation has
been done properly.

I believe a direct Orcad to KiCad translation doesn't exist without translating in and out of Altium.

    Orcad free viewer?

You can export third party netlist from Capture which is EDIF200 and see if it can be imported in the tool which you mentioned.

You can use 'File > Export > EDIF' in capture to generate .edf netlist.
