Capture 16.5 does not open libraries

Hello,

I have a problem with Capture 16.5 which doesn't display any components to place from any library. It is not a matter of the current project I am working on, but of Capture itself. I cannot place a new parts from libraries in any project. How can I fix this?

16.5 is long since end of life and it looks like the * is being handled as a filter character, which isn't the case for any of the later versions. Clearing the * from the Part field may help but the issue may be related to the exact version of 16.5 that you are using. You need to look at obtaining a current version which wouldn't have this issue.

I intentionally added the * to see if anything changed, but it didn't. Even with a blank space the parts list won't appear. I am using this version specifically for this project because opening it with a current version is tedious -at least when working with PCB Editor-.
