Creating OrCAD symbol with 50 numeric sections and 8000+ pins. Using numeric part numbering, add pins to 8500, and Load into spreadsheet, but section data can not be loaded after pin 4096. How can I enter section data after pin 4096 in spreadsheet?

    CapturePartLibraryXMLFromTextFile.zip

Try this. Takes Tab Delimited Text or CSV file and generates Capture Library XML. Works with the test data to create a 170 section part - "your gas mileage may vary". Minimal error checking so there will probably be some ugly messages for poorly formed data in the input file.
