Design -> Greyed Out

I am currently running OrCAD Capture 22.1. I am not able to update my cache since this option is greyed out. I currently have the perpetual license for Students and hobbyists. Is this feature available in the current license version?

    It does not seem to be related to license choice. Please see if all the library paths are correct or not? Also, are you getting any other command/option grayed out at your end?

    Also, you need to select some entry under Design Cache in project manager tab and then main menu Design  > Update cache will be enabled.

    Same option you can get by clicking right mouse button on any entry under 'Design Cache'.
