How to keep the package symbol's pins in order after back-annotation?

I'm now trying to design a PCB with a FMC socket, and I want to use 'swap pins' to better organize the pinouts.

However, when I swapped two pins in Allegro and back-annotated it into Capture CIS, I found that the symol package did change, but seemed wierd.

Just as this picture shows, I swapped SIG_K1 and SIG_K2, and these two pins did change. But the package's K7 and K8 pins exchanged, and that seemed wierd. This makes the package symbol looks really out of order.

Is there a way that after back-annotation it is the pin-connected circuit to be exchanged?

My suite version is SPB17.4.

In order to avoid any connectivity conflict at schematic front, it will show swapping in this format only.

As I mentioned, this behavior is there to avoid connectivity conflicts. It swaps/changes the pins and keep rest of the things as it is.

I have swapped B0 with B7 here in test circuit. You can see below:

After I swap B0 with B7 in Allegro and then backannotate changes to schematic, it shows it as follows:

    Hope it helps!
