allegro design entry cis 17.4 - export pdf issue

Hi,

Facing issue with pdf export.

Using Allegro design entry cis 17.4 and latest hotfix is installed "SPB17.40.039". still issue persist, please assist on same.

tried below options,

1. Installed latest ghostscript GPL version

2. Removed sapce in project name and tried

3. Opened old schematic to nullify design issue

4. Re-intsalled adobe pdf reader.

all three cases pdf export fails,

 Tool able to generate .ps files but no pdf

    Hi Rupesh,

    Please try creating an export PDF at desktop or at C drive location instead of OneDrive location (if creating at OneDrive) in windows 10 machine.

    Try selecting the .dsn in the capture and try exporting the PDF, also its better to export the PDF to local drives instead of desktop location.
