ORCAD X Capture Can not Open

The ORCAD viewer and capture program do not work as these screens are displayed. I have tried deleting the registry, but it does not work.

Please check in the windows task manager if OrCAD Capture is running in background, if yes then select the capture entry and click on End Task option then try relaunching the OrCAD Capture.
