Edit part properties

When we import a symbol part from for example Ultra Librarian, the name of the properties dot not necessarily correspond in our way of naming.

Is it possible to change the names of the properties without deleting the wrong line and adding a new property ?

Currently from Capture UI we cannot change the name of the Part Properties without deleting the property at library (.olb) level.
You can try either of below approaches to change the name of the properties without deleting them:

1.)Open the library and export the library in XML format and edit the property name and then import the Library XML in Capture.
    OR
2.) After placing the part on the schematic page you can export the design in XML format and open the exported XML and edit the property name and then import the XML in Capture.

Let me know how it goes for you after performing the steps, are you able to resolve your issue regarding editing the property names without deleting the property?

Actually it works but it's not a very elegant solution for a professional software like OrCAD X.

Is this kind of feature going to be implemented in a future release of OrCAD X Capture CIS ?
