Place Part Issue

Question

Hello, 
 
 We are using Capture 16.6-p005(v16-6-112D) for schematic design. 
 
 REcently I got a strange issue. When I press P for Part Placement, blank is shown instead of parts.I can not find Parts to place. I am sharing picture for the reference. 
 It's a licensed old version. I reinstalled the Orcad but same issue. Any help will be appreciated.

Try using following steps: 
 1. Close Capture if it is already running. 2. Go to Start >> Run >> type &ldquo;regedit&rdquo; and click on registry editor to open it and Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Orcad\ and delete the CaptureWorkSpace and CaptureWorkSpaceEx folders. It is recommended to keep a backup of registry before editing it by File > Export. 3. Run Capture and check if issue still persists.
