OrCAD 23.1-005, Design Rules Check dialog box is displayed incorrectly and the options are not functional

As the question suggests, it seems that several months have passed and this issue has not yet been resolved in S005.

I found that this issue is related to the Chinese operating system language. This greatly affects the user experience for customers using Chinese operating system languages. We hope that Cadence can help completely solve this problem in the upcoming version.

Hi jinzhifeng , I understand your concern. A Cadence change request (CCR) is already in place for this issue and still in consideration with our development team. A workaround for this issue has already been provided. Permanent fix for this issue will be released in one of the upcoming hotifxes of the tool or with new release.

Hi rg13，I regret to say that the issue of incorrect display of the design rule check dialog box and the options are not functional has not been resolved in the new versions from Orcad 23.1-S005 to Orcad 24.1-S002.
