Wire error

Flavio03

I can no longer connect the parts with the "wire" function. When I am on the first terminal, the red dot that allows the correct connection is not present, however on the second terminal it appears and so I am unable to make the connections correctly. Also the "net alias" doesn't automatically put itself on the wire when I get close to it. Can anyone tell me if I changed any settings by mistake or if I can fix it somehow?

What are the Grid Reference settings you have set for the schematic page?

Which version and hotfix of the tool you are using?

I'm using the academic free trial of Orcad X Professional Plus Capture CIS 2023 23.1
I have never changed the settings or grid references of the schematic page, however my grid reference settings are these:
horizontal count: 5, x numeric, x descending, width: 0,1 inches
vertical count: 4, x alphabetic, x descending, width 0,1 inches
border visible: x displayed, x printed
grid reference visible: x displayed, x printed
title block visible: x displayed, x printed
    x ANSI grid reference

please tell me how can i fix the problem

I tried the same on 23.1 hotfix S005 with same grid settings I am not facing any issue in connectivity.

Is this design specific issue or is happening with all designs?
