I tried the same at my end and on choosing PCB > Configure Power Nets it opens Assign Power Pins window at my end.

Are you not getting this window at your end?

You can see details about Assign Power Pins in depth at the following link >
URL: OrCAD Capture User Guide -- Properties on Power Pins (cadence.com)

Let me know in case of any further questions on this.

    SCHEMA is SELECTED, then

PCB > Assign Power Pins == >No windows will open, nothings shows up

    besides

EDIT > BROWSE > POWER PINS ==> no pins are shown regardless of the option selected

It seems that there is a bug in OrcaX

    23.1.S004 Wind SPB 64bit Edition

I checked also with a RefDesign from NVIDA and it doesnt work neither and it is the same

    Pls help

Assign Power Pins command can be used on a component or on a design to view the invisible power pins of a single component or of all components in the designs.

Can you try with the sample schematic designs present at ->C:\Cadence\SPB_23.1\tools\capture\samples\Schematic\Bench and check whether you are getting Assign Power Pins window or not on selecting PCB > Configure PCB Power Nets.

Create a new component with the power pins and place the component on the schematic design and then select whether you are able to get the window.
