OrcadX Constraint Manager: cannot create PCS, it is grayed

Question

Hi 
 after Netlist generation, I launch ConstraintManager from OrcadX capture 
 Unfortunately I cannot create any PCS since the button is grayed (See picture) 
 
 Why this? 
 
 Pls help

You need to either Import a Technology file that has been made in PCB Editor/Presto or back annotate (PCB - Update Schematic) a board file once you are in a Constraint enabled flow. That will bring in the Default Physical and Spacing Constraints and then you can modify / add to them.
