OrCAD EDM LOCK SYSTEM

Hello, 
 
 I am using OrCAD EDM 
 When I check out for a particular design and working on it no other designer should be able to open the design 
 But what happens is even though I check out other users are able to access the design and make changes in it 
 Is there a way to lock the design

Hi Isha, 
 
 Please check what role is assigned to the user, also you can create e new roles with permission you want to grant to that group. 
 
 Login with Admin profile and go to Admin-->Manager Users-->Users Roles and create a Role with required permission.
