got ”no view present‘’ when call “ui::PMActivate” in the gui

When I enter "ui::PMActivate xxx" in OrCAD's Command Window, I can select the schematic normally. However, when I launch a UI via Tk and then call "ui::PMActivate", it throws an error: "error no view present". How can I resolve this issue?
