Capture Part Manager Questions

Hello, 
Some questions about Part Manager: 

1) There is a way to avoid the use of "Views" ? 
I mean a script or something can show Part Manager changes in the schematics without to change view and still able to work on the schematics ? 

2) There is a way to make filters in the Part Manager 

3) Can parts be filter/sort by occurrences names ?

    Can you please explain more with some screenshot:

    1.1) There is a way to avoid the use of "Views" ?

    Which View you are taking about and what kind of changes in Part manager. 

    2) There is a way to make filters in the Part Manager 

       Can you please provide more details with Screenshot. Where to apply filters?

    3) Can parts be filter/sort by occurrences names? 

      DO you mean sort by "Reference" or let me know occurrences names which you refer?

    Unfortunately i can't share with you screenshots. 

    1) Let me give a practical example: Can I "set a part as not present" (DNP or Do Not Populate) in my core schematics without to have to create a BOM variant ? 
    2) In the part manager, it is possible to make filters on column ?
    3) Is there any way to add a column for page number or occurrence name ?
