Windows scaling makes OrCAD X Capture blurry

I have a 4k monitor and my Windows scale is set to 150%. I also set ALLEGRO_HIGH_DPI_ENABLED to 1 is System Variables.

However, when I launch Capture everything is blurry: icons, menus, schematics. This doesn't happen in e.g. PCB editor (both Presto and the old one). Well, the icons are pixelated but all the texts are fine. Check out this comparison between a Capture window and a PCB editor window: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FsQCEX4jcplEV1Vh5Xi5-nnRWtGL9N7o/view?usp=sharing (the forum doesn't allow to insert a big image, so link to gdrive)

When I set scaling to 100% Capture seems fine but eveything is so small it's difficult to do anything at all.

Is there anything I can do to make Capture look at least like PCB editor? The slightly blurry text makes my eyes tired quickly.

OrCAD X version 24.1 S003

Windows version 11 23H2

Thank you

After setting your scaling factor to 150%, try this:

The procedure is to set a DPI override for the Orcad application shortcuts.
    1. Go in the folder containing the start menu shortcuts, for Orcad 24.1 the folder
    location is “C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Cadence OrCAD X and Allegro X 24.1”
    2. Right click on the “Capture CIS” icons and select properties.
    3. In the property window, select the Compatibility tab, the click on the “Change
    high DPI settings” button

    4. In the DPI setting windows, put a check mark on the option “Override high DPI
    scaling behavior..”
    5. Click OK, to close the windows.
    6. You can repeat the procedure for all the other Orcad applications if needed.
For example: PCB editor, PCB router, PSPICE…
