Unified Search (M): Bad request Source for Samacsys

eddoh

Hello everyone.
Trying to access the Samacsys data source in the Unified Search.
it used to work some months ago, now I am getting a popup saying "Bad request for source Samacsys" followed by apparently an HTML response 403 ~forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request".

I was using the credential for Cadence - as I did earlier. Am I now supposed to use the credentials of Samacsys now?
And how do I get to clear the credentials provided before? I could not find a way to log out or clear them.

Should I reinstall the whole Orcad to fix this nuisance?

Using Orcad X  24.1-2024-P001

thanks.

thak you. Just for other people interested, reinstalling or upgrading to SP002 does not solve the issue.

this seems to be an issue related to the service itself, not to the CDS installation. I had this reported in 17.4 too.
