OrCAD Capture X Professional Stuck on "Initializing Simulation Application"

Hi there,

When I do regular tasks such as open the part manager, OrCAD X Capture freezes and I see this message at the bottom with the dots updating (see the image). I recently upgraded my license from OrCAD X to Professional, and I'm using the same DSN. I'm not sure if this is getting hung up somehow, but this is frustrating and I'm not sure how to fix it.
