Ultra Librarian Problem

Hi, I'm using Ultra Librarian In OrCad Capture X 2024.1 and I get the following error: "The component cannot be placed on the schematic. To place the component, ensure that the schematic page is open and the design is editable." . It makes no sense because I can still place wires, resistors, and components and the design is open. Can anyone help?

Could you please tell the hotfix for Version 24.1, please attach a screenshot from Help > About in the tool.

Also, I'd like to confirm - are you able to place components from either CIS Explorer or Snap magic?
