After installing OrCAD Capture CIS 25.1, when opening the software, the startup screen is actually OrCAD Capture CIS 24.1

     I encountered an interesting thing. After installing OrCAD Capture CIS 25.1,

every time I open the software, the startup screen displays OrCAD Capture CIS 24.1.

Even after installing the latest Hotfix S010 patch, it still looks the same.

However, my computer only has version 25.1 installed, and my computer OS language is Chinese.

     By the way, this issue has only been found to occur in Chinese language environments.

When the software is opened after deselecting to use local language, it displays correctly.

     Can someone help me submit the CCR for this issue?
