Firstly I am a newbie in Cadence products. By using my school mail I have taken 180-day OrCAD X Professional Plus license and I am trying to implement an IC which specifically is TPS62132RGTR to my project. I tried to find and place the related component by using SamacSys, Ultra Librarian and Snap Magic for many times. However, I always took the same error: ERROR(ORCAP-2472) Failed to place symbol instance for model "296-29936-2-ND" because library " does not exist. I searched on the web and the Cadence Troubleshooting Information. However i could not find the exact solution neither on the web nor Cadence Troubleshooting information. Then i tried to place different components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors via pregiven categories PSpice, SamacSys, Ultra Librarian and Snap Magic none of them are replaced and in the all attemptions I have taken nearly same error message, the only thing different was the model name.
Are there any one who dealt with this problem before? What can I do to deal with my problem, any ideas?
