Issue with auto RefDes assignment in a hierarchical design.

Hi Team,

I'm designing a simple hierarchical design with 6 schematics inside of it, issue is that when i'm copy pasting any component inside the schematic, it is taking already assigned reference designator to it, this is found when i did netlist generation.

I have already enabled Automatically reference placed parts. Please help me to solve this issue.

You need to also enable the "Design level" option for Auto Reference. This will look at the entire design before assigning a Reference. You can also use Tools>Annotate with "Unconditional" enabled to re-reference the design if you don't have a live PCB with the netlist loaded.
