Hi guys, I sometimes design schematics with OrCAD Capture and do PCB layout with P*DS Layout. Recently,

I’ve found that OrCAD Capture 25.1 throws an error when generating netlist files in other formats.

When I select Create Netlist → Other, the error pops up.

ERROR(ORNET-1143): 无法打开网表格式文件:C:\Cadence\SPB_25.1\tools\capture\网络形式\oraccel64.dll。

    Hi Zhifeng Jin ,

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has already been logged and reported to the development team for further investigation and resolution.
This behavior is specific to language environments, when the tool is opened after deselecting ‘Use Local Language, in Options > Extended Preferences > General, it works correctly.

Thanks for your feedback. I have also found that this issue is related to the local language settings. When the software calls DLL files such as oraccel64.dll, it incorrectly translates the installation path where these DLL files are stored, which further causes file path recognition errors. I hope the official team can fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
