How to close the preview when print a pdf in orcad 17.4

Hi,

There are some questions wtih my orcad 17.4.

When I print a pdf(Adobe pdf or microsoft to pdf),it always came a print preview progress.And may cost 1minutes to 2minutes.

How can I do with it.

    How many schematic pages are present in your schematic design ?
    Is it a flat design or complex Hierarchical design ?

    Which hotfix of 17.4 you are using, you can check from Help > About, please share it with us.

    Can you try printing the PDF from this location (C:\Cadence\SPB_17.4\tools\capture\samples\Schematic\Bench)

    The hotfix is 17.4-2019 P001(3823098) [10/7/2019]. My system is Win11 64bit.

    the location C:\Cadence\SPB_17.4\tools\capture has a samples file,but it's a html.there is no Schematic in it,just only two major categories ：FPGA Designs and PCB Designs.PCB Designs contain simple Hierarchical PCB Demo,Schematic PCB Demo,High Speed FPGA Board Demo, Fault-detector,Design Reuse Demo.

    Can you upgrade to latest hotfix of 17.4 and then check if the issue is there.

    Also do you have any other version in your machine ?
