    Could you please check the Session Log and let us know if any additional error or warning messages are reported when the BOM generation fails? Also, please share a screenshot of the complete error message, confirm whether the issue is specific to one design or occurs with all designs, and let us know which OrCAD Capture version you are using. This information will help with further troubleshooting.
