Error 503 Service Unavailable When Searching For Components

When I go to;

Place -> Component -> Categories: SamacSys/Ultra Librarian/ or SnapMagic

I get a pop-up saying Error 503 Service Unavailable.

This is a new install of Allegro X Artist: Capture CIS 25.1.

I have an account for Ultra Librarian SnapMagic but I've never been able to sign in through the Place Component Section because I always get this error.

We have the same problem here, with a Capture CIS 22.1 installation.

It has now changed to no longer give a 503 error, but it doesn't show the login page either
