Aspect Ratio & Min Part Pitch

Hi All,

I'm trying to calculate the aspect ratio of a completed PCB design.

May I know how to obtain the smallest drill hole diameter?

Also how do I find out the closest pin to pin distance in the design? ( to determine the min part pitch)
