I wish to delete all artwork films existing.
using axlDeleteObject(axlGetParam("artwork")) returns 't' but still i see the films exist in design.

how to delete the artwork films using skill?

     When I did this prior to 14.0  I discovered Allegro wouldn't let you delete ALL the films. It demanded that one film remain. Also,

    axlDeleteObject did not work against param dbids. So back then I had to:

    -create a dummy film

    -loop through all legitimate films and delete them using the Film Control Form and a replay script

    -create new films as required

    -delete the dummy film

    You might try building upon this snippet:

    ;delete all pre-existing film records

    existing_film_block = axlGetParam("artwork")

    if( existing_film_block->nChildren > 0 then

    existing_film_list = existing_film_block->groupMembers
        foreach( existing_film_name existing_film_list
            full_film_name = strcat( "artwork:" existing_film_name)
            existing_film_dbid = axlGetParam(full_film_name)
            axlDeleteObject( existing_film_dbid)
        );end-foreach
    ); end-if
