i need help to get the best reference in order to define the grid

Layer                                  Offset /            Spacing

 Non Etch                           Spacing x:    0.001

                                                      y:    0.001

                                         Offset :  x :   0.001    y ; 0.001

appreciate hep since i'm new in the skill language
