Putting form on Option Tab

Hi,

I want to display the form on the option tab when it is called by axlFormDisplay.

What is the option shall be included in the axlFormCreate function? it looks like this in my coding:

TestingForm = axlFormCreate( (gensym) "testingform.form" '("E" "OUTER") 'TestingFormAction t)

Or certain options shall be included in the form file? (the "testingform.form" for this case....)

This is a special case of form use.
