Differences between 16.01 and 16.2

I've a SKILL code that generates a test coupong.

The first thing that happeds is that the code opens and save an template board under a new name. This template containing some holes and pins.

The thing is, in 16.01 the opening of this template works just fine, but in 16.2 it's change the coordinate system totaly of the opened template.This makes the rest of the code to crash, beacause the next step is to place text and cline based on the coordinate system.
