Timestamp in SKILL

All,

I want to include the time stamp at the start and end of the skill to checkout how much time the skill taken to execute.
Please suggest the command used for getting the current system time.

startTime = getCurrentTime()
...
elapsedTime = compareTime(getCurrentTime(), startTime)
