How to verify if surface mount pad contains solder paste

The attached code checks that a paste pad is present on all smd non-mechanical pins.

    See attached although I don't see a good reason to make the soldermask pad different to the etch pad there days.

    Hello eDave, Thank you for the updated file. It works great! As for the solder mask being larger than the etch pad, it's still in our standard. I think it's just for precaution for when we are forced to use cheaper fab houses. Thank you again for your help!
