The attached code checks that a paste pad is present on all smd non-mechanical pins.

Dave, can you attach it again with zipping? It can't be downloadable.

Hello eDave, Thank you for uploading the skill file. I just got around to testing out the skill, but it seems though some area which consist both TOP and pastemask_top are coming up on the paste pad missing log. I have loaded and ran the skill as instructed on the skill file. Actually I think it may be showing all components in the list. Please let me know if I am missing a step here. Please let me know if you need farther description on the issue. Thank you again.

This code checks that the paste pad is identical to the soldermask pad. This may not make sense in your environment. It may make more sense to compare the name of the paste pad with the name of the etch pad.

If you use a different paste pad to any other pad on the pin then the code would need to be altered to just check for the presence of a pad when a soldermask pad exists.

I can make some changes if you let me know what your typical padstack looks like.

    Cheers, Dave

Hello eDave, We actually use 0.1mm larger soldermask pad compared to paste and the etch pad. If possible, please make the change so that the paste and the etch pads are being compared. Thank you!
