How to verify if surface mount pad contains solder paste

The attached code checks that a paste pad is present on all smd non-mechanical pins.

I just got around to testing out the skill, but it seems though some area which consist both TOP and pastemask_top are coming up on the paste pad missing log. I have loaded and ran the skill as instructed on the skill file. Actually I think it may be showing all components in the list. Please let me know if I am missing a step here. Please let me know if you need farther description on the issue. Thank you again.
