How can we get the size of a list and the type of its elemets?

To get size of my_list: length(my_list)
To get type of my_element: type(my_element)
Note: Each element in a list could be a different type. For example, the first element could be a fixed number and the second element a string. It depends on how the list was created.

length(list)
for the type
foreach(x list printf("%L\n", type(x))
