Changing field in Padstack Designer

I have a situation which requires the Character field in the Padstack Editor (Designer) to be 4 characters wide (at least).

Currently this will only accept a 3 character wide name.

If I can locate this then perhaps I could modify that field to accept more characters.

Does anyone know where this would be in the numerous folder that exist?

Only a maximum 3 characters is permitted, any more would corrupt the database.
